■ RELATIONSHIPS: He's a loyal (as far as canon has shown us) married disaster, so getting anything consenting and intimate out of him will be very difficult. On the upside, he's now better at making acquaintances and friends, and he's old enough to be shoehorned into the tired mentor shtick. Go wild.
■ MENTAL INFORMATION:

Past:
Sasuke is one of the handful of Naruto character with the MOST Goddamn emotional baggage. His entire history is made up of a landfill of trauma. He's done it all: violence, back-stabbing, revenge, power gluttony, splintered friendships, been selfish, cursed himself, coerced and blackmailed others, manipulated people, murdered. It's a big track list on top of losing his clan at a young age (including his parents) and being forced to believe the brother he admired more than anything killed them simply for skill.

Present:
The good thing is, now that he's older, Sasuke can keep from burdening others with his Tragic Backstory and talk about it in a lesson-learned sort of way. The steep suffering doesn't fuel his ambition or his anger anymore, so he isn't out to cause havoc and chaos. Regardless, Sasuke probably still has terrible dreams on occasion due to the PTSD involved in his clan's massacre and his brother's death. He also seems to be gently hung-up on the uncertain outcome of his and Naruto's fight.

■ MAGICAL INFORMATION:

While not exactly "magic," Sasuke has and uses chakra (basically physical+spiritual energy) to perform a multitude of ninja techniques. There's also energy involved in the use of either of his eyes, with the rinnegan being more powerful than the mangekyo sharingan. Anyone who can sense magic, the supernatural, the spiritual, or chakra-like energies are free to sense these things in Sasuke. Seeing his chakra is a sort of case-by-case basis, but any abilities that may see it manifested when he's wielding a lot of it is fine.
